Subject: Safety protocols
Dear employees,
Updated safety protocols will be implemented across the facility starting Monday, August 21. In preparation for these changes, all employees are required to attend a mandatory safety training session on Friday, August 18 at 3:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, located on the second floor near the Human Resources office.
The session will provide comprehensive guidance on emergency evacuation procedures, proper handling of safety equipment, and updated workplace safety standards, including new protocols for fire drills and chemical storage.
Please make sure to arrive on time and bring a pen and notebook to take notes, as there will be a short quiz at the end. If you have any questions or scheduling conflicts, contact our safety officer, Maria Delgado, at extension 204.
